went about a week on fruit/veggies fast. good for droppign water weight. but i couldnt run b/c i got light headed a lot.
added back in whole grain carbs. now at 1500 cals a day.
down to 143 :) after cardio so that includes bloating from workign out :) huzzah.
so im down 7lbs in less than two weeks? most of thats water, but thats gotta be at least 2 lbs or body mass!
