So today marks my first day of my raw vegan diet. Im going to basically finish out the month this way aiming for 21 days raw. Im not sure how running is going to go, i usually eat bread and cereal after i run so im going to wait till my next day off and go for a long slow run, that way i can sleep after since im sure i will need the sleep.
Today I ate: one orange, two apples, one pear and i think i will have two apples and an orange later tonight.
I bought another pineapple so it can rippen up for me, and i bought some delish-us pears today :) I also picked up the latest life and style which featured gorgeous pictures of hollywoods thinnest ladies. Lately i htink heidi montag has my favorite body.
Anywya i expect to start posting daily, as i think the best way to make it throught this diet will be to take it one happy day at a time :) i am meeting jilly for lunch on friday which has me anxious as she is a very suspious little girl, and is very critical of my eating habits. she tends to liek to feed me :/ i htink i will buy a salad and some fruit b4 she arrives so she has no reason to be pushy :)
in lvoe news, nothign really as of right now everyone has broken ties with me.. but that leaves me room to art and food and running. either i am jsut simply happier alone, or i am starting to feel light because of my fruit. haha either way i am enjoying life, and this feeling alone is cause to stay on my diet.
i am not perfect now, but i did everythign in my power today to become closer to perfect. :)
eat more fruit and veggies :) you will be glad you did.
