The Greatest Good Thing

Everyone knows the greatest thing is to be a tiny-tight-size 0 girl. We all know it and no matter how we lie and say eww how gross her legs are so tiny, ew look at her collar bones all I hear are your jealous cries. I am tired of being an "average healthy" woman. This is my life and even as i sit here it is slipping away from me. Food is miniscule, merely a tool to the body you desire. In my opnion we will get to eat whatever we want in heaven, it will be one long feast (with none of the downsides of weight gain!) So i really want to stop trying fad diets, eat healthily, and get REALLY skinny. The general plan is to eat for as long as possible and get as skinny as i can that way, and if worst comes to worst I'll start starving myself.

The Plan:

Excercise
Every morning before eating = 30-45 mins cardio on cardio machines.
Three times a week= circuit weight training (split into legs, arms and back, and shoulders chest)
Four times a week= half marathon training, slowly work up in miles and start conditioning

Nutrition
At least 6 meals a day, fruits in mornings and before lifting or running, protein shakes after lifting or running, all meals should be healthy fats and lean proteins (peanutbutter, almonds, cashews, flax seed oils, chicken, fish, eggs, turkey)

Allow 12 weeks to process results, then re-evaluate.
Beginning Date= January 14th
Ending Date= March 31st
